How do I get to the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD)?
There are three main ways to get to UMD: driving, flying, or taking the train. UMD is Metro accessible from downtown Washington, D.C., on the green line. Additionally, the Metro can be easily accessed if you arrive via Amtrak at Union Station or by plane at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. When should I arrive to set up my booth for the Career and Graduate School Fair?
Representatives are welcome to arrive as early as two hours before the fair on the day of the event to set up their booths.
What additional benefits will I receive as an exhibitor?
All exhibitors will receive the following benefits:

- Preconference or postconference access to the email list of NCCWSL attendees
- Access to NCCWSL attendees’ résumés
- Visibility on the NCCWSL website to attract student attendees

What items do I need for my table?
- Tablecloth (table size is three feet by six feet)
- Banner (standard size is 39 inches by 84 inches)
How many representatives am I allowed to bring?
In order to avoid capacity issues we allow a maximum of two representatives per table.
How do I attract students to my table?
Have strong visuals, wear a smile, and offer giveaways. Candy doesn’t hurt either!
What is the refund policy for exhibitors?
If you cancel your registration by the deadline AAUW will refund your registration payment minus a $100 cancellation fee. All refunds will be processed within six to eight weeks. Any requests for refunds after the deadline will not be fulfilled.
What is the refund policy for sponsors?
Sponsorships are nonrefundable.
