You can ship materials to either the University of Maryland, College Park (address below), where we have secured a room for storage, or to your hotel in College Park. Both sites will hold your materials free of charge. As we all know, delivery errors happen. To ensure that all materials will arrive at your table on time, we recommend that you do the following:
- Bring a print and/or electronic copy of your materials.
- Split your materials between two boxes and ship separately.
- Keep an itemized list of items shipped and bring it with you to the event.
- Do not ship expensive or irreplaceable items
The school will hold your items from Wednesday, May 30, through Friday, June 1, during the week of the conference. Please plan accordingly as the university cannot accept early package deliveries. While the room will be locked, many people will have access to it, so refrain from storing electronics and other valuable devised.
We recommend that you ship your items to arrive NO EARLIER THAN Wednesday, May 30, 2018.
