Join the conversation by using our hashtag, #NCCWSL17, and follow us for the latest information and coverage.

When should I arrive to set up my booth for the Graduate School and Career Fairs?

Representatives are welcome to arrive as early as 9 a.m. the day of the event to set up their booths.

What additional benefits will I receive as an exhibitor?

All exhibitors will receive the following benefits:

  • Free lunch
  • Pre- or postconference access to the email list of NCCWSL attendees
  • Visibility on the NCCWSL website to attract student attendees
  • Visibility on NCCWSL’s Twitter account
  • Additional time with students at extended office hours the day of the Career and Graduate School Fairs

What items do I need for my table?

  • Tablecloth (table size is three feet by six feet)
  • Banner (standard size is 39 inches by 84 inches)

How many representatives am I allowed to bring?

In order to avoid capacity issues we allow a maximum of two representatives per table.

How do I attract students to my table?

Have good visuals, wear a smile, and offer giveaways. Candy doesn’t hurt either! To drive traffic your way we sponsor a contest in which students win a raffle ticket for each school they visit. At the end of the fair the winning ticket holder receives a gift certificate.

What is the refund policy for exhibitors?
