Individual and Group Registration

Individual: Register as an individual if you are not attending as part of a group. If you are part of a group contact your group coordinator prior to registering to prevent duplicate registrations.

Group: If you are attending NCCWSL as part of a group a group coordinator is required to enter contact and registration information for each attendee. Coordinators may or may not be attending NCCWSL themselves.

Group coordinators: You’ll need all of your attendees’ information on hand at the time of registration. When registering a group, coordinators can add and edit attendees’ information using their own logins. If an individual needs to make changes after the coordinator has completed a group registration, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email.

Group Discount: A 15 percent discount is available to anyone registering ten or more attendees as a group for the conference.

Residential and Commuter Registration

Residential registrants receive housing for three nights (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) in campus residence halls. Saturday night housing is available for $60 per person per night. We do not offer housing on Tuesday night prior to the start of the conference.

NCCWSL provides free bus transportation for attendees for a night out in Washington, D.C., and University of Maryland shuttles on Wednesday before the conference and Saturday after the conference to and from the nearest Metro station (noon–5 p.m.). More information on getting to the conference can be found here.

Temporary reserved parking will be available near the registration site at La Plata Hall. If you are parked in reserved spots you do not have to pay at the parking stations.
