Registration for the 2012 National Conference for College Women Student Leaders will be online starting February 1, 2012.
The registration fee includes all programming from May, 31-June 2, except for the pre-conference activities on May 31. The pre-conference activities, which cost an additional $25, are A Morning at the Newseum, A Morning on Capitol Hill, Food & Friends, and Mount Carmel House volunteering. Registration also includes scheduled meals: lunch and dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. It also covers housing on the nights of Thursday, May 31, and Friday, June 1. Extra nights’ housing on Wednesday, May 30 and/or Saturday, June 2 can be added for an additional $60 each.
Commuter registration includes all of the above except for housing.
Early-Bird Registration

Conference registration can be entered as an individual or a group:
Individual Registration
Register as an individual if you are not attending the conference as part of a group. If you are part of a group, contact your group coordinator prior to registering to prevent duplicate registrations.

Group Registration
AAUW college/university partner members, or NASPA members, who send four or more students, as a group, receive a 15 percent discount on registration fees. If you are not a partner or member, consider joining AAUW or NASPA as an institution.
Group registration requires a “Group Coordinator” to enter contact information and then information about each attendee. Group coordinators can also register as part of the group if they want to attend the conference.
Before you register your group, make sure you have the following information for each of the attendees: full name, e-mail address, college/university, campus address, daytime phone, permanent address, emergency contact phone and name, year in school, major, special needs, age, race/ethnicity, current leadership roles, interest in graduate school, choice of optional pre-conference activities ($25 additional charge), and choice of optional additional housing, pre-conference and post-conference ($60 per night additional charge). Also, have your form of payment ready: Credit card, check/money order, or purchase order.

If you have a participant who would like to apply for a national NCCWSL Scholarship to attend, they need to complete the registration as an individual registrant.
