Group Registration

Group registration requires a “Group Coordinator” to enter contact information and then information about each attendee. When registering a group, you can add and edit attendees’ information. You can login over time to edit and enter additional attendees under your “Group”. Once you confirm the registration for the group, you can re-enter the registration system to only edit current attendees or add new attendees. If you at any time need to cancel a student’s registration you must email nccwsl@aauw.org or call 800/326-2289. Group coordinators can also register as part of the group if they want to attend the conference.

Before you register your group, make sure you have readily available the following information for each of the attendees: Full name, e-mail address, college/university, campus address, daytime phone, permanent address, emergency contact phone and name, year in school, major, special needs, age, race, ethnicity, current leadership roles (if any), interest in graduate school, desired optional pre-conference activity ($25 extra charge), desired nights of optional, additional housing before or after the conference ($60 per night additional charge), roommate request (if any), and permission to use photos and share contact information within the NCCWSL network. To gather this information directly from the students, print this attendee form , have them complete it, and give it back to you before you register them.

Group registration is organized into three segments:

1. Group Coordinator Information
2. Participant(s) Information
3. Group Registration Summary

AAUW college/university partner members, or NASPA members, who send four or more students, as a group, receive a 15 percent discount on registration fees. If you are not a partner or member, consider joining AAUW or NASPA as an institution.

Also, this year, if your institution registers a group of at least 10 students, then your school receives a FREE booth at the Graduate School Fair! Contact Christina Soto, AAUW Graduate School Fair Coordinator at sotoc@aauw.org or 202/785-7714 for more information.
